Prayer request

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”- Philippians 4:6

As we prepare to reopen our doors to worship the Lord face to face, we need to go to prayer and ask the Lord to do a NEW THING before we open the doors. Here is what we are asking the Lord for and for what we’d like you to add to your daily prayers:

1. Bethel Church would be open to move into a new era; that we would look at the work of ministry differently- without fear.

2. Bethel Church would be a more engaged church.

3. Bethel Church would be Kingdom-Minded in all matters in which we operate.

4. Bethel Church would truly be ambassadors for the Kingdom by strengthening our evangelism ministry.

5. Bethel Church would continue to be and enhance our community activism- being on the front line of issues that affect our church family and our communities in which we reside.

6. As souls get saved for the Kingdom, Bethel would be the place to help those who come to know the God of our salvation, ultimately making them “ambassadors”.

7. To reach the younger generation, leading them into having an open and honest relationship with Christ.

8. To identify and use the gifts the Lord has placed in each of us to help uplift the Kingdom through Bethel.

9. Bethel would continue to be a Word-teaching, Biblically-based congregation and that our members would associate with the many different bible studies we offer and will add to in the future.

10.To continue to teach and implement tithing- “When you take care of God’s House, He will take care of your house.”- Dr. Keith Hayward

11.To strengthen and continue to create partnerships with different community agencies to bring services to the community that our church family and communities need.
